How do I know if the “Light the Way” workshop is well recognised?

  • The programme has been run in an International School for over 4 years to over 2,000 children. It has been hailed internationally and presented at multiple international conferences to leading educators. It is developed and run by mental health professionals with many years of experience in this field.

What is the programme delivery format?

  • The “Light the Way” workshop is run as a 2-day workshop, inclusive of meals. It's a combination of lectures (sparingly) and tons of activities over the course of the day.

How long is the programme?

  • It is a full 2-day programme of 8 hours per day.

  • Where most trainers and coaches encourage youth to have a dream, few are able to follow through and support our youth to realize those dreams.
  • SALT aims to do just that. Dream big and execute because we are here with you to support you.
  • The “Lighting the Way” workshop is the first step. We help our participants begin the path of discovering transformational growth and their purpose during the workshop. It is then followed up with our two support programmes, SHINE AND SPARKS. These are 6-month long programmes where we support our youth in their journey to head towards their dreams either in 1:1 sessions or group sessions respectively.
